Writing For Wellbeing

These groups will appeal to you if, like me, you find comfort and healing from writing.


You will be encouraged to write freely in any style which appeals to you and though I hope that most people will wish to share their writing with the group, you will have the choice not to do so.


No writing expertise is required, just a desire to express yourself through the written word.We will use creative methods to find inspiration such as music, poems and prose, symbols, pictures, objects from nature, personal items which have meaning for you and anything else which you feel would be helpful.


We may spend some time walking or meditating.


Group sessions will be structured according to the needs and wishes of the group members and there will be plenty of time for writing, sharing and reflection in a supportive environment.
